Change of Mind

We are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including where you:

  • Ordered the wrong item

  • No longer want the item

  • Found the item cheaper elsewhere

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is significantly different from the description or images

  • Does not perform as expected

If this happens, we will offer an appropriate remedy which may include:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • A refund

Reporting a Problem

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email: jessica@hanahinoki.com.au

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We may ask you to return the item for assessment.

Return Process

If a return is required:

  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  • Items should be returned unused where possible and in their original packaging.

  • If the item is confirmed faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
